Click here to view our complete terms & conditions Sara-Placid Inn & Suite’s Cancellation Policy is dependent on the rate type option chosen at reservation:  Best Available rate reservations have a 72 hour prior to check in day, 3pm cancellation policy (not including *Blackout Dates). Travel More (Advance Purchase): Is a non-refundable option.  Should you need to cancel you will receive a credit for the amount to use within 12 months from date of cancellation.  Guests pay difference in amount if new reservation rate has increased.  No refunds given if new reservation amount is a decrease in rate from original. The following dates are considered Blackout Dates, and require cancellation 7 days prior to check in (also *Blackout Dates for any discounts, promotions, or gift certificates). If your reservation is cancelled after the 7-day mark you will be charged for one nights stay plus taxes. Winter Carnival, President Week. Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th holiday, Ironman Lake Placid, Can-Am Rugby Week and Lake Placid LAX Week  Pet Policy and No Smoking Policy.
